Annual Pass holders are very welcome at the Heights, and we want you to enjoy your regular visits. Please be aware that if you reserve a cable car ticket on the system, and then change your mind about visiting on that day, you are depriving someone else of the chance to visit. If you have to change your plans then please contact the office so we can release your reserved space for someone else who will be waiting to book. Due to limited capacity currently in operation it is essential to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Due to our limited capacity and to reduce queuing times, we have had to restrict the times that you can renew your annual pass. We are only taking annual pass renewals between 3pm and 4pm at the ticket office. Alternatively, you can buy a new pass online.
